Please don't delete my post this time. I AM from Action Bets, but Action Bets was already mentioned by somebody; I was just adding a little bit more to Groucho's comment. And what I wrote wasn't extensive and I stayed completely on topic.

Now, what I had writen before:

ActionBets has a 25% cash with a 6x roll on reloads, not just sign up. It's on 2k and up. On sign-ups and reloads of $100-$1999 you get 20%.

Don't know of any other book other than the ones mentioned. Just make sure to ask if it's cash, Bonus Play, or half and half.
